An adventure that began from a garage in Cherasco (CN), the garage of Giuseppe Bernocco and Sebastiano Astegiano, where, with ambition and enthusiasm, in 1990 they founded TCN, specializing in precision machining.
In 2001, the two entrepreneurs accepted a new challenge and founded the TCN Vehicles Division, which operates in the automotive and motorcycles high-end market with a turnover of over 20 million Euro.
In 2008 another challenge arose: TCN completed the acquisition of Bianco. The company, founded in 1974, became a leader in the design and manufacture of equipment for the textile industry, but fell into into crisis. Thanks to the business acumen of Bernocco and Astegiano, in 2008 it once again became successful and they created a new “Engineering” division, active in the Packaging and Industrial Automation sector.
Today, Bianco has a turnover of over 30 million Euro with offices in China (Shanghai) and India (Thane).
The entrepreneurial adventures of Bernocco and Astegiano continued with the acquisition, in 2014, of Galup a historical Piedmontese confectionery brand, famous for its exceptional “panettone”. Again, the couple returned the company to its former glory, paying special attention to the selection of high quality raw food, generating a positive trend immediately, with sales growing rapidly.
In 2016 the dream of Bernocco and Astegiano to combine all the activities of the TCN group together in a single building became a reality.
With some courage and optimism, the two entrepreneurs acquired the largest industrial complex on the outskirts of Alba: an area of ??over 130,000 square meters, abandoned for many years, and transformed it into an advanced production site in record time, ready to accommodate more than 300 employees.
