With 'THOKcare,' we give ALL THOKers, whether new or long-standing, the opportunity to extend the warranty of their e-bike beyond the standard 24 months. An extra opportunity for you and your THOK, providing an additional 2 years of coverage for any breakages on the frame and THOK-branded components (read the conditions).
You can purchase your THOKcare online or by visiting one of our THOK Points.

WARRANTY EXTENSION FOR NEW THOKERS

If you’re considering purchasing a new THOK, with THOKcare, you have the opportunity to double the warranty period: 24 months beyond the standard two years of warranty. By purchasing THOKcare along with your bike (online or through a THOK Point), activation will be immediate, you won’t incur shipping charges, and you’ll receive the THOKer Box as a complimentary gift.

WARRANTY EXTENSION FOR EXISTING THOKERS

If you purchased your THOK more than two years ago and it is out of warranty, or if you want to extend the still valid standard warranty for your THOK, or even if you bought it second-hand, with THOKcare, you have the opportunity to reactivate the warranty for an additional 24 months.

ACTIVATING THOKCARE FOR USED BIKES

If you want to activate THOKcare online for your bike purchased before today, you need to:

  • Purchase TKOKcare, registering, in addition to your information, the frame number of your THOK.
  • Within 5 days of the order, send 4 photos (right/left triangle-right/left carriage) to info@thokebikes.com.

Alternatively, you can purchase your THOKcare at the nearest THOK Point, which will take care of the activation.

FRAME NUMBER

THOKcare is a revolutionary warranty: being tied to the frame number of your bike rather than the owner, in case of sale, it continues to be valid even after the change of ownership for the remaining months until expiration.

The frame number (of the type S8GT 01234) can be found:

  • on the invoice under the SERIAL NUMBER item;
  • on the information label applied to the bike box;
  • on the bottom of the motor housing shell.

THOKER BOX

It’s the gift for anyone who purchases THOKcare, which includes:

  • Suspension pump
