The carbon fibre monocoque frame has a sport endurance geometry, but with technical choices oriented towards aerodynamics and speed.
The compact rear suspension, with lowered chainstays, makes the bike comfortable and laterally stiff, favouring better power transmission to the wheel and increasing the responsiveness of the bike.
The down tube houses an integrated 250 Wh battery.
Down tube, seat post and fork sliders are expertly profiled and their reliefs are highlighted by the play of colours of the livery which sees grey and black as the main colours with accents in Ducati Red.
The engine, located on the rear hub, with 250W and 42Nm of torque that boasts a fluid and natural delivery in all conditions and is among the lightest and most compact in its category (3.98 kg). This engine is equipped with 5 assistance levels that can be selected via the Garmin control on the handlebar that allow you to manage the desired level of support.
The FSA app, available for iOS and Android devices, allows the cyclist to view driving statistics, system status, remaining battery life and charge status quickly and intuitively. Through the app it is also possible to download any software updates and communicate with FSA service centres around the world. The 250Wh FSA battery is perfectly integrated into the down tube, with the possibility of installing an optional range extender for an additional 250Wh.
Simple, efficient, and intuitive, the SRAM Rival eTap AXS groupset offers all the high-performance technology and features today’s cyclists want: powerful hydraulic disc brakes, 2×12-speed wireless shifting, and AXS connectivity.
In sequential mode, the system automatically shifts to the most efficient combination of ratios. In the compensated mode, the system automatically shifts to the rear derailleur when the centre derailleur is operated, in order to reduce tooth shifting and have a more consistent and linear pedalling cadence.
Through the dedicated AXS app, it is possible to check the battery charge level, make firmware updates, and customize the functions of the control levers so that you can choose their orientation. With the app, it is also possible to activate the advanced shifting system by choosing between sequential or compensated shifting.
An aerodynamic handlebar in carbon fibre among the most resistant on the market and full of notable details that make it very comfortable. Like the 10° forward bend, which allows the hands to reach them more comfortably and with an ideal position to facilitate breathing. Cable routing is fully integrated.
A solidly built and reliable wheelset. The carbon rims not only contribute to weight saving but also promote pedalling efficiency, especially in the acceleration phases. Pirelli Cinturato Velo “tubeless ready” tyres (35×700) are synonymous with grip, comfort and sturdiness.
The Vittoria Corsa N.EXT 34×622 tyres with nylon casing and silica and graphene compound ensure rolling, grip and resistance.
Developed by Aldo Drudi with Ducati’s style centre, the livery was created to enhance the sporty lines of the “exposed” carbon frame where the reliefs of the carriage, seat tube and fork are highlighted by GP red, in perfect Ducati style.
