The 2025 season marks a historic milestone in the e-mountain bike world: Mirko Tabacchi, riding his THOK GRAM DK Askoll, has won the Overall Classification of the 2025 WES UCI E-Bike Cross Country World Cup (E-XCO/E-X-C), bringing the world title home to Italy.
From the first stages of the 2025 World Cup to the final finish line, Mirko Tabacchi managed an outstanding season with authority and consistency.
We asked him what the key factor was behind such an extraordinary achievement:
“With the experience I gained race after race, my greatest strength was consistency — made possible by the reliability of the components we chose from the very start of the season. There’s no doubt that the combination of the THOK GRAM DK and the Askoll motor – the true MIX DNA of my e-bike – proved to be an explosive and winning formula.”
The THOK GRAM DK Askoll, equipped with top-level components and the reliable Askoll ULTRA C90A motor, proved to be the perfect tool for his performance.
The article in MTB Magazine highlights how this victory crowns a journey that began with his first win of the season (in Cheile Grădiștei) and continued steadily all the way to the final title.
This achievement is more than just a title — it’s a testament to THOK’s philosophy, which places the rider, Italian technology, and e-performance MTB at its core.
