The TK02 Factory is born from THOK’s racing DNA: it shares the same design philosophy as the TK02 and takes the riding experience to an even more advanced level thanks to a selection of components developed to ensure high performance in every situation. Every detail is designed to deliver maximum precision and control, from FOX Factory Kashima suspension to RAICAM brakes. The result is a responsive, stable, and aggressive e-MTB, chosen by the athletes of the THOK Racing Team.

TK02 Factory is designed for enduro, combining advanced geometry and race-level components to deliver maximum speed, control, and precision even on the most technical trails.
The 77.5° seat tube angle improves pedaling efficiency and climbing traction, while the relaxed 64.5° head angle ensures stability and confidence on the most demanding descents.
The Factory build further enhances the riding experience, thanks to carefully selected components that deliver sensitivity, responsiveness, and maximum effectiveness.
THOK’s signature geometry features the elongated Top Tube “Viper Head”, a new 1.8” tapered head tube standard, and a 77.5° seat tube for maximum traction on technical climbs combined with a 64.5° head tube for total control on the most adrenaline-fueled descents.
THOK’s successfull rear Progressive System, designed for e-MTB, uses a metric rear shock and a dedicated rocker. The progressive suspension, together with the oversize chainstays, ensure rigidity, better handling, and perfect traction on all types of terrain.
The design and the new aluminum processing of the “Viper Head” top tube, conceived for the latest generation tapered 1.8 “Bone” head tube, and the rear connection point given by the verticalization of the down tube, revolutionize the concept of the steering area and provide rigidity and precision in handling, representing the forefront of the latest generation e-bikes.
Low standover means a reduced distance between the seat and the ground. This ensures greater frame rigidity, increased maneuverability, and improved saddle height adjustment.
The verticalized down tube houses an integrated 800 Wh battery and is also compatible with an optional 600 Wh version (not included in the price). The energy pack is positioned close to the motor, ensuring a low center of gravity – a hallmark of the THOK range.

The TK02 Factory comes with an integrated 800 Wh battery housed inside the down tube.
The system is also compatible with a 600 Wh battery and is designed to position the battery close to the motor, ensuring the low centre of gravity that defines the THOK range.
It is possible to order the TK02 Factory with a 600 Wh battery: a choice that trades off reduced range for weight savings.
The system is also compatible with the Bosch PowerMore range extender — the 250 Wh plug & play module (also usable in Ride Alone mode).

The FOX 38 FLOAT 180 FACTORY Kashima GRIP2 fork is the perfect choice for enduro riding, designed to tackle the most demanding challenges. The GRIP2 system provides precise adjustments, while EVOL technology enhances small-bump sensitivity.

The FOX Float X2 Factory Kashima is a high-end air rear shock designed for enduro riding. It delivers highly sensitive and controlled performance, adapting seamlessly to technical and demanding terrain.

The Raicam RGR Racing braking system, designed for enduro riding, combines absolute power, precise control, and consistent reliability. The 4-piston hydraulic caliper and tool-free lever adjustments ensure impeccable modulation in any situation, while the Raicam Red racing design enhances its character and performance.

The TK02 Factory features the BOSCH Purion 200: a 1.6-inch (320×160 pixels) color LCD display with ergonomic buttons, allowing you to manage assist levels, ride data, and lights.
