A Crash Replacement service is reserved to the first owner of the bicycle and it is valid for the first two years from the date of purchase, one time only. It gives you the possibility of replacing the frame of your THOK bike under certain conditions in the event of an accident. The damaged frame will be replaced with a frame of equal or greater value, without components. The cost of assembly of the new frame is not to be included in the price and it will be paid by the customer. You will need to explain in detail the circumstances that led to the damage and provide images of the defective bike. We reserve the right not to grant the service whenever we find that the damage is only aesthetic or caused on purpose. To activate this service please get in touch via e-mail: tech@thokebikes.com.
